Summary:This article intends to explore the perspective of the Comparative Historiography of Art, analyzing the approaches of two important Art Historians: Alois Riegl (1858- 1905) e Heinrich Wölfflin (1864-1945) e Georges Didi-Huberman (1953). Both art historians examined correspond to a similar intellectual ambient, since they are not distanced in the time and belong to the same historiography current of analyses of Arte: the Vienna School of Art History. This current, which theory bases are knew as “Theory of the Pure Visibility”, will be de apprehension object of this article.
