From these observations, we will discuss cultural mediation about genre, taking as objects videos of the group Gaiola das Popozudas and the parody Gaiola das Cabeçudas, which achieved enormous repercussion when referencing famous funk in a “class” that combines classic and famous funks with lots ofintelectual references. |
