This musician, arguably one of the main representatives of the rock nacional genre, is characterized by producing complex allegories which, when re-visited decades later, keep revealing possible associations, proving the transcendentalism of this symbolic mode. |

La alegoría es un figura retórica antigua que atraviesa la historia y sigue reapareciendo de diferentes maneras como un modo simbólico efectivo y maleable. Durante el régimen militar conocido como el Proceso en Argentina (1976-1983), la alegoría, en parte como reacción a la censura, aparece como principal estrategia retórica en el movimiento de resistencia conocido como rock nacional. Siguiendo la teoría de Fletcher (1964), que estudió la alegoría como método de interpretación dialéctica que pretende descifrar lo oculto en todo tipo de textos e imágenes, se exploran en este trabajo las canciones de Charly García producidas durante los primeros cinco años de este período. Este músico, uno de los principales compositores de este género, se caracteriza por componer alegorías complejas que al ser revisitadas, décadas después, continúan revelando nuevas posibles asociaciones, comprobando así el carácter transcendente de esta forma simbólica. A alegoria é uma figura retórica milenar que atravessa a história e reaparece de diferentes formas como modo simbólico eficaz e maleável. Durante o regime militar conhecido como Processo na Argentina (1976-1983), a alegoria, em parte como uma reação à censura, apareceu como a principal estratégia retórica do movimento de resistência conhecido como rock nacional. Seguindo a teoria de Fletcher (1964), que estudou a alegoria como método de interpretação dialética que busca decifrar o oculto em todos os tipos de textos e imagens, as canções de Charly García produzidas durante os primeiros cinco anos deste período são exploradas nesta obra. . Este músico, um dos principais compositores deste género, caracteriza-se por compor alegorias complexas que, quando revisitadas, décadas mais tarde, continuam a revelar novas associações possíveis, comprovando assim o carácter transcendente desta forma simbólica.
