Summary:The policy of preserving the historical and cultural heritage of the Air Force Command developed by the Culture System of the Air Force Command - SISCULT has been establishing itself as a preservation policy marked by the debate within the understanding of the historical value of its cultural heritage and its meaning for the Brazilian air force. In this paper, we will address the questions and studies listed by the multidisciplinary team that constitutes SISCULT on the theme of Intangible Heritage and how the Brazilian Air Force develops its preservationist policy following the principles of the Brazilian Constitution and national and international publications on the subject.
