Summary:This article has the purpose of exposing the scope and progress in terms of the implementation of the ethnic chapter of the final peace agreement signed between the government of Colombia and the FARC-EP in 2016. Especially a balance in the fulfillment of the Ethnic Chapter, specifically in the development of the principles, safeguards and guarantees of the ethnic approach and its territorialization. Four documents are included in this document: the first presents a context on how the ethnic chapter is constituted within the final peace accord in Colombia; a second section that offers a brief explanation of how to set up the instances for your follow-up and verification. In the third part there is an exposition of the balance of completion of the implementation of the ethnic chapter of the final agreement, to end with some reflections (conclusions) on its implementation and compliance.
