| Summary: | The text shares provisional reflections about the impact of COVID19 pandemic in Argentina. It describes sanitary and social protection measures adopted by the national government, and their linkages with the sanitary system response capacity. Although Argentina counts with a public health sector, that is universal and free, this sector drags serious problems of fragmentation and accessibility which magnify in front of this emergency. The text proposes the “etcetera of care” idea, to make visible the micropolitical character of the health work and the relevant role of women in epidemic context. Also, the paper analyzes the pandemic unequal scope among the most vulnerable people.
