The touch, achieved by the materiality of the sculpture, is what allows us to establish this distinction between the immateriality of real culture and the offer of a haven in the face of the indiscernibility of the virtual world. In this context and through my sculptural work, it is verified as a problem of Landscape in Metamorphosis: Decline and Rebuilding of Natural in Real Art, subscribe to the questions mentioned above. |

La naturaleza y la materia extraídas de él realzaban la imaginación formal y la imaginación material del hombre. Estas dos entidades fundacionales de la acción artística conducen a lo que se puede llamar una poética de la creación (Bachelard, 1942). Gran parte se deriva de los conceptos de paisaje y la historia de su metamorfosis. O, si queremos, el constante problema del artificio versus la naturaleza. O, sin embargo, el problema de dar forma a un cuerpo o cómo se priorizaba la imagen de su representación en relación con él, en la cultura actual y en el arte en particular. El toque, logrado por la materialidad de la escultura, es lo que le permite distinguirse de la inmaterialidad de la cultura actual, ofreciéndonos un refugio frente a la indiscernibilidad del mundo virtual. En este contexto y a través de mi trabajo escultórico, se verá cómo el problema del Paisaje en metamorfosis: decadencia y reconstrucción de lo natural en el arte actual se inscribe en las preguntas antes mencionadas. A natureza e a matéria dela extraída potenciaram a imaginação formal e a imaginação material do homem. Estas duas entidades fundacionais da acção artística conduzem àquilo a que se pode chamar uma poética da criação (Bachelard, 1942). Dele decorrem em boa parte, os conceitos de paisagem e a história da sua metamorfose. Ou, se quisermos, o problema constante do artifício versus a natureza. Ou, ainda, o problema de dar forma a um corpo ou, de como a imagem da sua representação se priorizou relativamente a ele, na cultura actual e, na arte em particular. O tacto, conseguido pela materialidade da escultura é o que permite a esta distinguir-se da imaterialidade da cultura actual, oferecendo-nos um porto de abrigo face à indiscernibilidade do mundo virtual. Neste contexto e através do meu trabalho escultórico, verificar-se-á como a problemática da Paisagem em Metamorfose: Declínio e Reedificação do Natural na Arte actual se inscreve nas questões em cima enunciadas.
