Summary:I pause in reading the epigraph-passage / landscape, summoning the presence of the place from which I think at the exact moment when I erect my critical discourse here, which can and should, rather, be understood as a frontier biographical essay: living, working and I am writing what I am writing now of the border area that comprises a triple border: Mato Grosso do Sul / Brazil / Paraguay / Bolivia. This border place I have been calling the southern border for a long time.
