Summary:The purpose of this article is to report the artistic and recreational experience of the extension project Cia de Dança Humaniza developed for young people with and without disabilities. Dance, as a possibility of interaction between people with and without disabilities, is an activity offered and valued in different contexts with different objectives, whether artistic, recreational or therapeutic, the condition of disability should not be a limiting factor for carrying out this activity. since practitioners and dancers with different bodies and skills must be recognized and also seen as dance artists, with emphasis on artistic work that also has an educational and inclusive role.
