Summary:The dissertation investigates the presence of premises of Cultura Maker in practices published by educators from the Municipal Education Network of São Paulo and in the document guiding the insertion of Digital Technologies for Information and Communication (TDIC) "City Curriculum - Technologies for Learning" adopted as educational policy for the use of technologies (São Paulo, 2017). This is a research of documentary methodology that uses the Banners presented in the 1st Seminar and Technology Exhibition “Action promoting Reflection” and the document guiding the insertion of TDIC in the curricular proposal. For the documentary analysis, a survey of the premises of Cultura Maker was carried out in literature dealing with this concept (GAVASSA, 2020).
