| Summary: | This essay is part of the field of teacher training with / for the use of digital technologies and aims to analyze the research-training process developed with teachers and managers (Project UCA - Phase II) in public schools in the state of Rondônia. The problem refers to the challenge of implementing educational innovations on a large scale, which requires extensive training of professionals in a short time. We used the study method on a case of technological innovation applied to education in which action research was combined with the Formation Brazil. The research highlights the relevance of collaborative action research involving different institutions, which contributes to the professional development of teachers, improving the curriculum and the institutions involved in theprocess. |
