Description
Summary:This work discusses about literary criticism in Rachel de Queiroz's novel The Fifteen published in the 1930, focusing on the drought of 1915. The literary work stands out as to the social aspect that originated it, the drought. The novel highlights the following situation: the drought and the consequences caused both for the Cowboy Chico Bento and his family as for Vicente and Conceição, a cultured girl from the capital.
