Description
Summary:The essay is based on two analytical bundles, one more general and circumscribed to anthropological knowledge, under the dialogue between art and anthropology, based through the trajectory of Mário de Andrade and his effects, the dialogues, actions and practices that reverberated in the successive generations of anthropologists. The second framework locates the trajectories of anthropologists, actresses/actors, researchers and professors who were linked to Unicamp in the 1970s and 1980s, through the contributions of the relationship between art and anthropology to anthropological knowledge. In this sense the essay and the exhibition, held as part of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the creation of the Graduate Program in Social Anthropology, focus on the moment in which things and ideas gain meaning, through a cultural imagination.
