| Summary: | In this paper we follow the general frameworks of the slave population, such as rate Africanness average among women and children captives, age structure, sex ratio, among other explanatory notes to the conformation structure of holdings of slaves in Pouso Alegre trading post south-miner, who presented dynamic insertion in the network Center-South domestic supply to Rio de Janeiro during the eighteenth century. For these notes we make, we made the crossing of post mortem inventories (1820-1888), with the set of pre-census sources (maps of population in 1833-1835 and lists of names of 1838) in order to elaborate thus a mapping slave population in this locality. |
