| Summary: | This paper analyzes some documents which promote the good agricultural practices (GAP) arguing that they are bio-political and disciplinary regulating technologies directed to farmers in order to allow them to produce healthy and harmless food. It is described the way these norms are adapted to horticulture production destined to the domestic market in Argentina as well as the discipline of different kind of farmers by control and training, compelling them to optimize. Finally, it is examined the ways in which some familiar farmers experiment these controls and evaluate their incidence in their lives from two case studies. |
