| Summary: | I intend to develop this article from two points of view or thematic axis. The first, entitled Overlappings, takes as its starting point the analysis of the history of relationships of the quilombola community of Morro do Boi with governmental agencies sparked by the building of the BR-101 road in 1966, that overlapped a portion of the traditional land occupied by the community. The second focus, entitled Positions, describes the current "quilombola issue" and the State’s policies of recognition specifically addressing the diferent views and intentions of those involved in the administrative process at INCRA-SC, opened in 2008, with the purpose of identification and regularization of a Quilombola land. |
