Este artículo analiza las perspectivas de funcionarios, técnicos y representantes de organizaciones sociales agrarias sobre las políticas de desarrollo rural. Para ello, reseñamos las más recientes discusiones teóricas sobre las relaciones entre el campesinado y las agencias estatales realizando un análisis de caso cualitativo acerca de la provincia de Chaco.
