Description
Summary:Since three different legal-administrative contexts of recognition of traditional territories, this paper parallels four situations of sociogenesis in order to evocate some regularities between them. From the classic Weberian perspective for ethnic communities and adding some current theoretical prepositions about the phenomenon of territorialization of traditional peoples and communities, this article briefl y presents the sociogenetics social processes. Finally, there are some considerations to the understanding of the political articulation of these processes, as well as the conformation of these new rural traditional social entities.
