| Resumo: | This article is reviewed, redistributive land reform and market policies,which are configured as cyclical responses from the government, to the field of conflict and social struggles for democratization of the land. The first is the promotion of policies of land distribution, mainly through expropriation of rural properties that do not fulfill their social function, is driven by social conflicts and the role of the peasantry. The second lies in land conversion in goods by borrowing from private agents financed by the state. |
