Summary:This article search analyze of the living conditions of migrants rural workers of citriculture in São Paulo, discuting the relation between social politicts as Program Bolsa-Família (PBF) and Unemployment Insurance.  Were employed datas sources primary and secondary including conducting field research, questionaire aplication and semi-structured interviews of the Matao cities in São Paulo and Jaicós in the State of Piaui, between 2010 and 2013. Furthermore we analyse the Annual Report of Social Information (RAIS) and the Single Register for Social Programs (CadÚnico). As interpretive results are considered to Unemployment Insurance and “Bolsa Família program” are important components of reproductive strategies and social production of these workers between the different territories of internal migration between rural and urban.
