Description
Summary:For this study, we examined some research about the dynamics in the forest economy of the Middle Jurua Extractive Reserve in the Brazilian Amazon. Through a literary experiment, three native seeds tell us about how they live with humans and entangle themselves with other forms of life. Inspired by multispecies studies, stories about plant experiences and extractive practices set in the Roque community show possibilities of coexistence in the forest. With this experiment, we intend to think about how plant life can guide us into more-than-human relationships, thereby extending our description approaches of the riverside Amazon to multispecies landscapes.
