Resumo:This work wants to demonstrate, from a decolonized thought about art, culture and knowledge production – which I have named borderline biogeographical criticalepistemic practice – that to think, produce and teach Art from decolonial thinking there are two basic ways of understand border. The first, border as a geographic space in which all non-European/American art, culture and knowledge productions were located, excluding them from these projects. The second form of frontier is to understand that it is exactly the (biogeographical) bordering place that makes another thought of cultural practices as the production of art, culture and knowledge alien (detached) from European and American logics be erected. Both pluralized in their various adjectives. Immediately, it will be evident that I also speak biogeographically (from the border) about arts with the body, politics, philosophy, pedagogy, economics, cultural practice, subjectivity, among other things, situated on the epistemic border.
