Summary:The research has as a context the war between Russia and Ukraine and the consequences on international trade. Such an approach is justified by the fact that a possible depletion of the soil which could compromise the food and nutrition security of the country. The objective is to defend this condition occurs to maintain a colonial system which privileges large landowners and large corporations of the food industry. The study showed that the federal government created the Política Nacional de Fertilizantes, a measure that neither protects the soil nor encourages means of mitigating or eliminating food insecurity in the country.
