| Summary: | This paper presents the study of the structural conception of a set of ceiling paintings which simulate circular architectures in centralized perspective, nominated by us imaginary domes. The composition of these works is a result of the artistic practice instituted by the circulation of knowledge, transmitted throughout generations: fruit of the experience shared among masters, painters, apprentices and other craftsmen who attended the construction sites of the Capitany of Minas Gerais in the second half of the 18th century. |
