Neste artigo analisaremos os conteúdos escolares voltados para a preservação da saúde da família que o Estado projetou apenas para mulheres no ensino fundamental e médio. Ao longo de quatro seções, neste trabalho estudaremos nas duas primeiras, os conteúdos referentes à medicina caseira e culinária que possuíam os manuais de Economia Doméstica; depois as de higiene alimentar propostas nos programas e livros didáticos de Ciências Domésticas; e, por fim, os de Puericultura que foram ministrados no Normal e nos Liceus. Dans cet article, nous analyserons les contenus scolaires visant à préserver la santé familiale que l’État a conçus uniquement pour les femmes à l’école primaire et au collège. À travers quatre sections, dans ce travail, nous étudierons dans les deux premières, le contenu référencé à la médecine domestique et à la cuisine qui avait les manuels d’économie domestique; puis celles de l’hygiène alimentaire proposées dans les programmes et manuels de sciences domestiques; et enfin, ceux de la puériculture qui ont été donnés dans la normale et les lycées. Mots-clés: femmes- cuisine- école- santé En este artículo analizaremos los contenidos escolares destinados a la preservación de la salud familiar que el Estado diseñó solo para las mujeres en la escuela primaria y el nivel medio. A lo largo de cuatro apartados, en este trabajo estudiaremos en los dos primeros, los contenidos referidos a la medicina casera y la cocina que tenían los manuales de Economía Doméstica; seguidamente los de higiene de la alimentación propuestos en los programas y libros de texto de Ciencias Domésticas; y por último, los de Puericultura que se daban en las Normales y Liceos.
