| Summary: | The interpretations of José Carlos Mariátegui’s thinking are a result of his intellectual breadth, which allows a varied number of analyses and issues on his thinking, which also allows the reading of the mariateguian work on different levels. There are several indications about his theoretical anticipation for the Dependency Theory, but there is not a satisfactory indication of how that can be found in Mariátegui’s work. The present article mainly seeks to point the theoretical-methodological elements in the mariateguian work as a whole that might be able to confirm his anticipation to the dependency approach. |
