| Summary: | Through the analysis of the present crisis, the article proposes an enlargement of the concept of crisis that encompasses the economical and also other meanings of crisis, as the political, the energetic, the ecological and the broader crisis of sociability, exemplified by the gender relations. All these spheres are associated, but in a complex way, as a set of over-determined structures, and it is not casual that the authors have in Althusser an important reference. It is in the crisis of masculinity that the article finds the most interesting instance of this kind of determination, specially because very few writings connect it to the broader socialand economic crisis. |
