Nas últimas linhas do Programa de Transição, pode-se ler: "Périgny (França), 3 de setembro de 1938". Passaram-se, assim, quase setenta anos dessa data, quando foi fundada a IV Internacional. Como expusemos anteriormente nesta mesma revista, apesar de passado mais de meio século, pensamos que esse programa jamais foi compreendido, em toda a sua profundidade teórica, pelos próprios trotskistas.
