The Manifesto: historical relic or current document?
Almost twenty-five years after the publication of the Manifesto and at a time when the artillery against the Paris Commune was falling silent, Marx and Engels considered it appropriate to re-examine this text in order to assess what was relevant in it and what could be relegated to oblivion.
