Summary:The materialist conception of history is not a philosophy of history. Neither does it indicates a linear trajectory or an explanation that can be reduced to a hypothetical “economical factor” that, in the case of the bourgeois society (founded mainly on abstract richness and, as such, extrasensory), would not even be material. Technology, responsible for accelerating the wheel of history, stimulated by science, despite having originated as the productive force of capital, is not an exclusive of this Maecenas, but of human inventiveness and, due to that, can do without the capital form and emancipate itself, motivating a beneficial Anthropocene.
