Summary:Introduction: VALORIZA, a human recognition system launched in November 2022 at the Women's Hospital (CAISM/UNICAMP), is an alternative technological tool within the Public Service that raises awareness of the importance of the Positive Feedback culture, promoting knowledge of how to facilitate the exchange of good practices on a daily basis (Costa; Júnior; Reis, 2009). Objective: To offer an alternative technological tool within the Public Service that promotes recognition and awareness of the importance of the Positive Feedback culture. Methodology: In order to address the central complaint about the lack of Positive Feedback among CAISM employees, the Human Resources Service established an internal partnership with Informática, Comunicação e Arte Gráfica, bringing VALORIZA to life on 08/11/2022. Thus, actions such as “the day to wear the VALORIZA shirt” and “Doubt Calls” are carried out on a monthly basis with the support of the “Guardians” of the tool in each sector, in order to widely disseminate the system throughout the health institution referred to. Results: Currently more than 800 “VALORIZAS” (messages of recognition) have been sent since the launch. Located on the Intranet (the hospital's website), anyone interested in sending a VALORIZA accesses the system with their wireless network login and password.
