| Summary: | Introduction: The project to develop event manuals for UNICAMP's Faculty of Education has evolved in three phases, adapting to the demands of the Covid-19 pandemic and the resumption of face-to-face activities, with a focus on accessibility, inclusion and sustainability. Objective: The objective is to consolidate an event management manual applicable to the whole of UNICAMP, standardizing good practices. Methodology: The methodology was based on documentary research, analysis of past events and institutional regulations. Result: The result is the creation of a manual that standardizes practices for face-to-face, hybrid and online events, promoting inclusion and participation. Conclusion: The project is a reference for accessible and inclusive events at the university. |
