As of 2015, being reviewed and with a new management council assigned by the dean, the program begins to strongly invest in post-graduation courses, especially in lato sensu field, given that stricto sensu selections have rules and bid books. However, for both cases, lato and stricto, the program has support lines. Methods Since its deployment, the program considers the formal education indexes from Unicamp's set of servers. In the program beginning, the search for graduation obtainment was high. The private, higher education's scenario, in Campinas, was underdeveloped. Many servants had to move. Simultaneously to an installation time for higher education institutions in Campinas. Various partnerships, some of them kept until present time, allowed thousands of servants to obtain degree. The current indexes point out to a support need, besides graduation. Nowadays, graduated employees enter through civil service exams, even admitted in high-school level, a sign of administrative-technical staff qualification. Results Currently, there is a wide range of possibilities, among partnerships, for education, besides graduation. Final Remarks The index charts included in the poster show the program evolution and aim to the future. |

O ProSeres - Programa Institucional de Apoio ao Servidor Estudante é o programa de apoio à educação de maior duração na Unicamp. Implantado em meados da década de 1990 é ainda pioneiro no contexto do serviço público, em seu formato, atualizado periodicamente,mas, mantidas as estratégias de inclusão e acesso ao ensino superior. A partir de 2015, revisto e com um novo conselho de gestão designado pelo reitor, o programa passa a investir fortemente em cursos de pós graduação, especialmente, no campo do lato sensu, visto que as seleções de stricto senso possuem regras e editais. Mas, para ambos os casos, lato e stricto, o programa possui linhas de apoio. Métodos Desde sua implantação o programa considera os indicadores de educação formal do conjunto de servidores da Unicamp. No início do programa era grande a busca para a obtenção da graduação. O cenário da educação superior privada , em Campinas, era incipiente. Muitos servidores tinham que se locomover. Concomitantemente a um tempo de instalação de instituições de ensino superior em Campinas. Várias parcerias, algumas mantidas até a atualidade, permitiram que milhares de servidores obtivessem a titulação. os indicadores atuais apontam para a necessidade de apoio além da graduação. Hoje ingressam pelos concursos funciomnários, mesmo admitidos em nível médio, já graduados, sinal de qualificação do quadro técnico-administrativo. Resultados Há atualmente um amplo conjunto, dentro das parcerias, de possibilidades para a formação além da graduação. Considerações Finais Os quadros de indicadores inclusos no pôster demonstram a evolução do programa e aponta para o futuro.
