| Summary: | CIPA Unicamp, in partnership with the Unicamp's College of Agricultural Engineering (FEAGRI), supported by the Extension and Community Affairs Pro-Rectory (PREAC) and Rectory, started the first extension class to train Cipa members in the Ergonomics course. The extension course FEG020 Activity Ergonomics: Ergonomic Labor Analysis is taught by the following doctor professors: Mauro Tereso, Roberto Funes e Sandra Gemma. The classes started on August 08, 2016, for 30 Cipa members/employees. The Ergonomics subject's goal, existing in FEAGRI graduation course, meets the demands listed on CIPA-2015/2016 CIPA Administration's work plan, which are knowing and applying an interactive methodology, appreciating the work opinion and their work competences. The Activity Ergonomics enables to analyze and understand the real work situations, the various work system elements, the organization principles, the administrative structure, the population characteristics, physical environment and material conditions. Ergonomics is a collective building process, with premises as involvement of workers in the analysis, recommendation process and the solution conception in the ergonomic action. CIPA identified in this method the possibility for CIPA members to analyze demands and situations that need adjustments and/or conflicts at the workstations, the effects that this may lead to the worker's health, and from that, propose improvement at the workplaces within the university. |
