| description | The Student- Artist Program consists of a program coordinated by the Cultural Advisory of the Student Support Service (SAE), supported by the Graduation Pro-Rectory (PRG). The program was instituted with the goal of encouraging and promoting university art and culture, stimulating the student permanence and social interaction through arts. Every edition, five projects are selected, each one with two proponents entitled to the Student-Artist Scholarship and an allowance to execute the project. One registry, in the form of an artistic catalog, is manufactured at every edition. Aiming the program improvement, adjustments were proposed at the end of the 4th edition (April/2014), such as term change, which is now from April to November, thus providing a better development and performance of the selected projects, attuned with the academic year. Other change was the program computerization, enabling all process steps: digital registration, selection, follow-up, schedule and report submission, through the Sistema Integrado de Gestão (SIG/SAE) [Integrated Management System]. The adequacy to the new calendar and the incorporation to SIG/SAE required a transition period, to which the Cultural Advisory proposed a Special Edition (August to November/2014), with the goal to value completed projects in a full way in previous editions. Other innovation in this period was the Festival de Artes SAE/Unicamp [SAE/Unicamp Arts Festival], instituted with the goal of enabling the program proponents interaction with the external community. As of 2015, these changes are definitely incorporated to the program, which nowadays keeps developing its sixth edition.Art; Culture; Program; Project; Scholarship |

O programa foi instituído com o objetivo de incentivar e promover a arte e cultura universitárias, estimulando a permanência estudantil e a interação social através das artes. A cada edição, são selecionados quinze projetos, cada um com dois proponentes com direito à Bolsa Aluno- Artista e um auxílio para execução do projeto. Um registro, em forma de catálogo artístico, é produzido por edição. Visando o aprimoramento do programa, foram propostos ajustes ao final da 4ª edição (Abril/2014), como a alteração de sua vigência, que passou a ser de Abril a Novembro, propiciando assim, um melhor desenvolvimento e aproveitamento dos projetos contemplados, sintonizados com o ano acadêmico. Outra alteração foi a informatização do programa, viabilizando todas as etapas do processo: inscrição, seleção, acompanhamento, agendamentos e entrega de relatórios via digital, através do Sistema Integrado de Gestão (SIG/SAE). A adequação ao novo calendário e a incorporação ao SIG/SAE exigiu um período de transição, para o qual a Assessoria Cultural propôs uma Edição Especial (Agosto a Novembro/2014), com o objetivo de valorizar projetos concluídos de forma plena em edições anteriores. Outra inovação deste período foi o Festival de Artes SAE/Unicamp instituído com o objetivo de possibilitar a interação dos proponentes do programa com a comunidade externa. A partir de 2015, estas alterações são definitivamente incorporadas ao programa, que hoje segue no desenvolvimento de sua sexta edição.
