| description | "Public Management: the Administrative Technicians' vision on Public Universities and Federal Institutes Education" is an independent initiative, which aims to provide society with a fairer vision in general about the Administrative Education Technicians - AETs category, aiming to focus on these professionals as subjects producing knowledge. This proposal aims to share information guided by ethics, lawfulness and impersonality, which endeavour the public service improvement. The main goals are: a) give opportunity to a space for academic and scientific publishing by AETs; b) boost self-esteem and value the points of view foreseen by the category; and c) publish books in the digital format and make available free access to their concent for efficient and wide promotion purposes regarding the scientific-technological production by the administrative education technicians in Brazil. For this purpose, a multiprofessional and multiterritorial team, made up by members of the administrative-technical education career, promotes the encouragement to the scientific-technolocal production and promotion from professionals who name the GPTAE group through the scientific publication organization. As a partial result, the first two issues already published by the compilation in 2014 and 2015 can be listed, respectively, and the wide promotion, both for content produced by the AETs published on the academic environment and this proposal goals, from whose context the results are invitations to discuss topics related to the technical-administrative career development in education and its role for the realization of IFES public management, such as III and IV SINTAE at UFRJ and the 1st Public Management Seminar at UFRA. |

Essa proposta procura compartilhar informações pautadas pela ética, legalidade e impessoalidade que diligenciam a melhoria do serviço público. São seus principais objetivos: a) oportunizar espaço para publicação acadêmica e científica dos TAEs; b) elevar a autoestima e valorizar os pontos de vista conjeturados pela categoria; e c) publicar livros no formato digital e disponibilizar acesso gratuito ao seu conteúdo para fins de ampla e eficiente divulgação quanto à produção científico-tecnológica dos técnicos administrativos em educação no Brasil. Para tanto, uma equipe pluriprofissional e multiterritorial, integralmente composta por membros da carreira técnico-administrativa em educação, promove o incentivo à produção e divulgação científico-tecnológica dos profissionais que dão nome ao grupo GPTAE por meio da organização de publicações científicas. Como resultado parcial, podem-se elencar os dois primeiros volumes já publicados pela coletânea em 2014 e 2015, respectivamente, e a ampla divulgação tanto dos conteúdos produzidos pelos TAEs veiculados no meio acadêmico quanto dos objetivos dessa proposta, contexto do qual se originam convites para discussão de temas relacionados ao desenvolvimento da carreira técnico-administrativa em educação e seu papel para a efetivação da gestão pública das IFES, como o III e IV SINTAE na UFRJ e o I Seminário de Gestão Pública da UFRA.
