| description | It is a permanent program at the University, which promotes the consolidation, expansion and internationalization through actions developed on the context of SIMTEC, PAEPE Awards, VRERI Mobility, and other pertinent actions to the employees' professional development, going beyond borders, proposing the integration between the University's teaching, research and extension. This program, which is being implemented, is a pioneer on the public level, ensuring the professional and academic development from the Campinas State University's employee. Its purpose is to contribute to the development of abilities and competences to unfold and prepare technical-scientific works, promoting the administrative employee's participation and insertion in the university and academic environment. Nowadays, we noted that the University system does not have a space enabling an interlocution with the three categories (students, professors and employees), occurring competence waste, suppressing the University's potential development. The "Professionals without Borders" program space aims the following unfoldings: permanent education; professional training and technical support for the project creation and submission. This strategic vision formulates conditions in order to develop and improve the following action lines, based on the unfoldings: 1) translation services into another language (English) for articles and projects; 2) bibliographic and ethic guidance and normalization when researching works to be submitted to SIMTEC and similar ones; 3) help on preparing projects and notices; 4) help on how to prepare scientific articles; 5) elevator pitch and other formats. Counting on the continuous support from the University bodies, which operate with the professional development, it will be possible to have the physical structuring investment to install the software and financial investment, so we can have the education of professionals without borders at the University. |

É um programa permanente da Universidade que promove a consolidação, expansão e internacionalização por meio das ações desenvolvidas no âmbito do SIMTEC, Prêmio PAEPE, Mobilidade VRERI, e outras ações pertinentes ao desenvolvimento profissional dos funcionários ultrapassando fronteiras, propondo a integração entre o ensino, a pesquisa e a extensão da Universidade. Este programa, que está sendo implementado, é pioneiro na esfera pública garantindo o desenvolvimento profissional e acadêmico do funcionário da Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Tem como objetivo contribuir para o desenvolvimento de habilidades e competências para o desdobramento e elaboração de trabalhos técnico-científicos fomentando a participação e inserção do servidor administrativo no ambiente acadêmico universitário. Verificamos hoje, que o sistema da Universidade não possui um espaço que permita uma interlocução com as três categorias (alunos, docentes e funcionários), ocorrendo acarretamento de desperdícios de competências e que freiam o desenvolvimento do potencial da Universidade. O espaço do programa “Profissionais Sem Fronteiras” visa os seguintes desdobramentos: educação permanente; capacitação do profissional e apoio técnico de criação e submissão de projetos. Essa visão estratégica formula condições para que se possa desenvolver e aprimorar as seguintes linhas de ações com base nos desdobramentos: 1) serviços para traduções de artigos e projetos para outra língua (inglês); 2) normalização e orientação bibliográfica e ética na pesquisa de trabalhos a serem submetidos ao SIMTEC e outros do gênero; 3) auxilio na elaboração de projetos e editais; 4) auxílio em como elaborar artigos científicos; 5) elevator pitch e outros formatos. Contando com o apoio constante das instâncias na Universidade que operam com o desenvolvimento profissional, será possível termos o aporte da estruturação física para instalação do programa e também financeira para podermos termos na Universidade a formação dos profissionais sem fronteiras.
