Description
Summary:Every day, new technologies and softwares are launched, in addition to increasingly modern platforms, which makes unavoidable for the professional never interrupt their education, if they want their employability. It is the responsibility of health and teaching institutes to promote training activities for students and employees, who do not have time and/or financial resources to keep updated, to access updated techniques and knowledge that enable them to perform their functions in a safer way. Therefore, a Multidisciplinary Activity Project was developed, which presents a lecture and workshop cycle involving various subjects, which enabled to develop activities in a more efficient, updated and safe way to all people involved, implementing and applying ethics, biosafety, conscious animal handling concepts, among various other subjects. The assessment was very positive, reaching 97% assessment as great. This project, in addition to provide professional update, also served as a socialization space, a very important factor for the community members' wellness. The results obtained with this work indicate that events like that one are extremely important, not only for the education institution, but for people directly linked to it, once it provides a participant reflection and socialization space, improving the work environment and qualifying its members.
