| description | The Familiarizando [Familiarizing] Program is oriented to the employee's families served on the Drug Addiction Attention Program, or employees who have addicted people in their family unit, whose purpose is to provide information to the family on the social, psychological issues and the codependency, aiming their life autonomy and confrontation to the addicted person's disease. The Project provides individual and/or group reception, helping them in their difficulties on how to deal with the Drug Addiction issue; extending their support network, their strengthening, offering necessary allownaces in the sense of enabling them to live properly with the employee's disease and also taking care of the disease already installed in oneself, that is, the codependency. The receptions occur in two modules, being carried out by one Social Worker, one Psychologists and one Social Service Intern, and are carried out through a semi-structure interview, dynamics, workshops, lectures, conversation rounds and exchange of knowledge between members and professionals, though in no case the referral to therapy is disregarded, when the need is observed. Since its implementation, in August 2012, until the present moment, 38 familires were served and 189 meetings were held. We observed good receptivity, especially when it comes to the family, affective and social reconstruction's proposal. For such, it is necessary a consistent and affective family participation, in which it must know to act in an assertive way, with that one who finds oneself in recovery process. |

O Projeto Familiarizando é destinado á família dos servidores atendidas no Programa de Atenção a Dependência Química, ou servidores que tem adictos em seu núcleo familiar e tem como objetivo Propiciar informações à família sobre as questões sociais, psicológicas e a codependência, visando à autonomia de sua vida e o enfrentamento junto à doença do dependente químico. O Projeto propicia acolhimento individual e ou/grupo, auxiliando-as em suas dificuldades sobre como lidar com a questão da Dependência Química; ampliando sua rede de apoio, o seu fortalecimento, oferecendo subsídios necessários no sentido de habilitá-la a conviver adequadamente com a doença do funcionário e também cuidar da doença já instalada em si mesma, ou seja, a codependência. Os acolhimentos acontecem em dois módulos sendo executado por uma Assistente Social, uma Psicóloga e uma Estagiária de Serviço Social e são realizados através de entrevista semiestruturada, dinâmicas, oficinas, palestras, roda de conversas e troca de saberes entre os membros e profissionais, porém em nenhum dos casos é descartado o encaminhamento para terapia, quando observado a necessidade. Desde a sua implantação em agosto de 2012 até o momento foram atendidas 38 famílias e realizados 189 encontros. Observamos boa receptividade, sobretudo no que tange a proposta de reconstrução das relações familiares, afetivas e sociais. Para tal, é necessária uma participação familiar consistente e afetiva, que a mesma tenha conhecimento de como agir assertivamente com aquele que se encontra em processo de recuperação.
