The Violence Notification System (SISNOV) - becomes effective in June/2015 - Municipal Health Secretariat/Campinas. Period in which the Social Service/UER starts to integrate the project Iluminar [Illuminate] and perform notifications by the computer-based system of notifications of domestic violence cases against children and teenagers and sexual violence in any age, gender, and place of occurrence. The first consultation is made by the physician, determining the violence suspicion or confirmation, or requests the Social Service intervention; The Social Service receives the patient and the companion (family, neighbors, and friend); Guidance and clear patient and companion&";s doubts regarding the service and necessary procedures to solve the case; Sends report to the Tutelary Council via fax or via email. Performs the SISNOV notification; Contacts and send it to the protection network services, to follow up the cases (when necessary). Provide information to the Social Ward Service and Social Ambulatory Service/HC to follow up the case (when necessary). We concluded that "it&";s essential to narrow the distance between what we say and what we do in such a way that theory and practice be closer to the reality we face in our daily life". |

O programa de atendimento “Às crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência” foi criado pelo Serviço Social da Unidade de Emergência Referenciada (UER), pautado na necessidade de definição de protocolo de atendimento e criação de indicadores, há aproximadamente 20 anos. O Sistema de Notificação de Violência (SISNOV) – entra em vigor em junho/2005 – Secretaria Municipal de Saúde/Campinas. Período em que o Serviço Social/ UER passa a integrar o projeto Iluminar e realizar as notificações pelo sistema informatizado de notificação de casos de violência doméstica contra crianças e adolescentes e de violência sexual em qualquer idade, sexo, e local de ocorrência. O primeiro atendimento é realizado pelo médico (a) ; constatando a confirmação ou suspeita de violência, o solicita a intervenção do Serviço Social; O Serviço Social acolhe o paciente e o acompanhante (família, vizinhos, amigo); Orienta e esclarece o paciente e acompanhante quanto ao atendimento e procedimentos necessários para a resolução do caso; Encaminha relatório para o Conselho Tutelar via FAX e ou via e-mail. Realiza a notificação SISNOV; Contata e encaminha aos serviços da rede de proteção, para seguimento dos casos (quando necessário). Dar ciência ao Serviço Social de Enfermaria e Serviço Social de Ambulatório/HC para seguimento do caso (quando necessário). Concluímos que “é fundamental que se diminua a distância entre o que dizemos e o que fazemos de tal maneira que a teoria e prática se aproxime da realidade que enfrentamos em nosso cotidiano”.
