Description
Summary:The CAISM's Human Resources Service held, on November 17, 18, and 19, 2015 the event: HR Connected to Life Quality at Work with the theme "Motivation: Attitude and work, you can do it!", through GGBS support. Starting from the assumption that motivation depends - among other factors - on the individuals' personality and their personal ambitions, and is associated to reason, impulse or inner force, which leads someone to do something or reach a goal, the event's organizing committee aimed to promote various actions, in the health, culture and wellness fields, aiming to help the employees on identifying reasons to adopt healthier habits, in addition to promote satisfaction, happiness and interaction at the work environment. One of the strategies used to reinforce CAISM's internal community involvement and participation was the valuation of employee talent on the proposed activities, such as: handcraft exhibition, music presentation, role-play and circular dance session. There was also partnership with the Nutrition Service, responsible for nutritional guidance, and other actions oriented to self-esteem valuation and wish to change. The overall activities were positively assessed, which reinforces the audience's interest in actions oriented to motivation and life quality, which contributed to create a socialization and integration environment, elements considered as very important to engage and make employees satisfied with the organization.
