Summary:This study assumes that collaboration exercised inside the companies generates the creation of innovative products which change the ways that society lives, can be applied in education. Given this context, we propose a training course for teachers from the whole country. The course objective was to discuss about new possibilities for teaching mathematics, assuming that working in groups, would create new ideas. We used various tools and activities for the participants to reflect collaboratively in groups and find solutions to their daily problems in the work context.
