The book 12 of Columella's "De Re Rustica": some aspects of composition and elocution
The concluding volume of Columella’s De Re Rustica essentially deals with the duties and role of uillica, the manager’s wife (uillicus), in the execution and management of the works on the rural property. In this paper, we will address some compositional and elocutive aspects of this book.
