| Summary: | This paper seeks to reflect on the potential present in indigenous musicalities as counter-hegemonic pedagogical practices, which go against the coloniality of being, power and knowledge, often observed in indigenous schools and universities. In this way, specifically, we seek to describe two processes of curricular transformation in which music acts as a possibility of decolonial practice and in opposition to the imposition of a Eurocentric matrix of knowledge. One of these processes takes place in indigenous schools that participate in the project of the Takinahaky Nucleus of the Federal University of Goiás, and the other takes place in the curriculum of the Bachelor's Degree in Intercultural Education linked to the same nucleus. |
